Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using SeshTab, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service. SeshTab is operated by Jakub Stolarski, a natural person conducting unregistered business activity (działalność nierejestrowana) in Poland.

2. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Administrator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, the accidental loss of bookmarks, data corruption, server downtime, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the service.

3. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the absolute right to suspend or terminate your account and your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. This includes instances of abusive behavior, illegal activity, or unauthorized exploitation of our systems. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.

4. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the use of the service, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Poland.
